The Webster-pak Reminder App links directly to your community pharmacy that prepares your Webster-pak medication packs. Your medication profile will always be up to date, and automatically updated if your medications change. Medication reminders will notify you when medications are due and help you keep track of your medication adherence.
With Webster-pak Reminder you will have access to the following features:
COMPREHENSIVE MEDICINE LIST
Webster-pak Medication Reminder links directly to your community pharmacy. View a comprehensive list of all the medicines you are taking in your Webster-pak medication pack. Your profile will automatically be updated if your medications change.
MEDICATION REMINDERS
Receive notifications when Webster-pak medications are due to be taken. Customise reminder times to your personal preference, including an option to snooze reminders when necessary.
ADHERENCE TRACKING
View your progress at any time to see how you are tracking with your medication adherence eg. Missed, Taken on Time, Late, Future Dosages
WEBSTER-PAK BUDDY
